This past weekend I went on my first op shopping trip in AGES. Fo realz yo, AGES.

An old-timey ice cream scoop, which will come in handy for a cake that I'll be making in a few weeks.

It's been a while, but over the past weekend I finally had a chance to go thrifting again! Hurrah! Huzzah! Kaboom! Here are all the pretty things I picked up for an absolute steal:
The prettiest kitty ever, and a snobby little poodle.
GORGEOUS ceramic canisters.
Super 70s style egg cups.
A beautifully coloured pillow case.
And a fantastic Dr Seuss! Seriously, expect this one to pop up again, the colours are absolytely brilliant.

I went thrifting again,
It's what I do, yo.
This time I picked up a couple of pieces from one of my favourite shops, uTurn in Newtown, who were having their *sniff* end of lease sale!
They're going, and that's sad, but the silver lining is that they're having a big sale, everything is $10.
The other bits and pieces are from all around.
Ooh! Also I just realised that I forgot to mention the birthday gift that I got from the very sweet and generous Miss Cate, A Polaroid 300! I haven't used it much fro the blog so thought I might as well whip it out today.

It has been a long, long time since I did a thrift post. Mostly because it's been a long time since I thrifter. Like, srsly, ages.
So when I found myself just hanging around the central coast for a day I though tomyself "I feel like going to the giant warehouse Smith Family across the road!". And then I went to the giant warehouse Smith Family across the road.
Holy crap did I do well. The bad thing was that I had ot lug it all the way home on foot, but that was okay. Because it was awesome stuff and totally worth it.
